  The waiter Johnny was good. But had a hair in my girlfriend son spaghetti after he ate half of it.. for this place to look so nice and for this to happen is very concerning.. mind you this was not new small hair.. it was a long strand.. it basically ruined the whole meal.. and the manager smelled of nothing but pure smoke of cigarettes.. seems like to me to hygiene class needs to be given.. I would expect something like this at a fast food restaurant.. but this place looks really nice and the food was really bland.. it was my first time and last time making this mistake.... I felt the manager could have did a little bit better.. but I seriously believe this place needs a hygiene class!!. And if you look at my Google reviews I do not just leave bad reviews!

  Service was friendly and reasonably paced. Something was off, perhaps because it was a hot Sunday evening. They were not busy at all. But the bread arrived after our entrees. My eggplant Parmesan had the smallest dollop of tomato sauce imaginable. The angel hair pasta side was just as dry. I didn't bother eating it, which I guess is good for the saved calories.

  I have not gone to Bravos for awhile and last night is the last time. Granted, it was a Thursday evening but the place only had a handful of customers- should have been my first clue. Service was OK but it should be with four times more wait staff than customers. The food was an insult. The calamari was in flat strips. It had no flavor and the waitress told me the perfectly shaped strips were “tentacles”. It was mystery fish. For the entree I ordered eggplant parmigiana which came out as previously frozen, perfectly shaped patties. It appeared cheese had been put on top and microwaved. My wife’s white sangria looked and tasted like a cherry juice. I will not be here again to waste my money.

  Tracy and Mark were the kindest, most patient people I have ever met. They took great care of my family paying attention to detail, and even drawing pictures with my boys! The food was perfection, and the time between ordering and eating was second to none! Thank you!

  Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus ate here this pass Sunday, celebrating my wife's birthday and Easter. The food was great. Everything tasted sharp and clean. The service was friendly with a nice personally. I didn't hear one complaint. I love the cloth napkins and the restaurant is so open and airy. We are going back.
